When we started our company in 2019, one of our goals was to create the Nobel chocolate.
Quite soon, however, we learned that no pralines are served at the Nobel Banquet in the Blue Hall. That meant our original vision and dream didn’t actually exist.
What many people don’t know, however, is that His Majesty the King of Sweden hosts a private dinner at the Royal Palace the day after the grand gala.
At this dinner, the Nobel Prize winners and their partners, the Swedish Royal Family, ambassadors, and their guests were able to enjoy Chef Jungstedt’s pralines – Tarte Tatin and Saffron, browned butter and lemon – served with coffee.
Over the years, we have been entrusted with many similar and highly prestigious assignments that we haven’t been allowed to talk about, which has been a bit frustrating.
But finally, this year, we can proudly share that we had the honor of delivering our pralines to this exclusive group at the Swedish Royal Palace, in Karl XI’s Gallery – the most majestic dining hall in the entire palace.
You can find these pralines in our shop at Sicklastråket 13, Nacka, Sweden - for some of you it might be a long way to travel - BUT you are able to purchase the same Mould Chef is using when he is making them.
See info below.
